Steps to Evolve Inkay

Level Up Inkay to Level 30 or above.
Physically flip your device (Nintendo Switch/Nintendo Switch 2) upside down
Navigate to the menu
Select Inkay
Hit the A Button
Select evolve from the menu (All done while device is upside down.)
